We are pleased that Elene Stovall will be our guest teacher. Elene is a 4th generation Sacred Harp singer. She started singing Sacred Harp when she was 7 years old. Elene lives in Alabama. Elene participates in or teaches at 50-60 Sacred Harp sings each year, from local sings in Alabama (where she lives) to such places as ________________ and ______________________. Elene was selected to be one of the singers who recorded the Sacred Harp music in the movie Cold Mountain.
Elene will lead our Singing School, and sing (and teach) during the convention.
